What to Expect
The Stills
Walk through our two copper pot stills, Holstein and Gillain, and see how Cambodian cane juice becomes rhum agricole.
The Cellar
Step into Sabai, our tropical ageing cellar on the banks of the Mekong, where the barrels rest.
The Tasting
Close the visit with a guided tasting of a selection from the Ampov range.

Reservation required. Given travel time to reach the distillery, visits run only at 10:00 and 15:00. The $5 per person fee is credited toward any rum purchase on-site.
